2. Grant of License

(a) EMAGENIT grants you the right to use this software on any 1 computer system at any given time. The software is in use on a computer when it is in temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (i.e. hard disk) of that computer.

(b) EMAGENIT grants you the right to make a single copy of the software for backup purposes.

3. Other Restrictions

(a) You may not reverse engineer, decompose or attempt to gain access to the source code of this software.

(b) You may not make illegal copies of this software or post it on any type of electronic bulletin board, Internet or Intranet system without the express written consent of EMAGENIT.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

EMAGENIT makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the software or its contents performance, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall EMAGENIT be liable to you or any other party for direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that arise out of the use or inability to use the software or its contents even if advised of the possibility of such danger.

Download Instructions (EMAGENIT Add-In Software is for Excel 2000 or Above Use Only)

Add-In Download

1. Click on the desired trial download hyperlink.

2. Select to save the file to your computer if so offered.

3. Select a folder on your computer to save the .exe file to and save it using the dialog box that appears. The file you are initially downloading is a self-extracting zip file.

4. Once downloaded, double click on the file in Windows Explorer and select a new folder on the screen that appears to expand the files to. Click the Unzip button.

5. Open Microsoft Excel 2000, XP or 2003 and close all workbooks. Check to make sure no invisible workbooks are open. If there are close them.

6. Proceed to File/Open in Excel. On the Open dialog box that appears, select the folder that you expanded the zip file to and open the Install workbook from this folder. This workbook is the installation program for the software. Follow the instructions on the screens that appear.

7. When first running the software, fill out the initial setup. Fill in the temporary product ID 0000-AAAA-1111-BBBB. This ID will allow the software to be run 10 sessions. A session is when Excel is opened and closed and you have used the software. After the 10th session, the software must have the correct product ID number to operate. To obtain the product ID, contact and pay EMAGENIT for the software.

8. If you like the software, pay for it through EMAGENIT's web site on-line or call us at 1.805.498.7162 or 805.728.5681. We will issue a product ID once payment has been received.

Tutorial Download

1. Click on the desired tutorial download hyperlink.

2. Select to save the file to your computer if so offered.

5. Open Microsoft Excel 2000, XP or 2003 and close all workbooks.

6. Proceed to File/Open in Excel. On the Open dialog box that appears, select the folder that you expanded the zip file to and open the tutorial workbook from this folder. Make sure you have installed the Add-In that the tutorial is for. Follow the instructions on the worksheet that appears.
