(a) EMAGENIT grants you the right to use this software on any 1 computer system at any given time. The software is in use on a computer when it is in temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (i.e. hard disk) of that computer.

(b) EMAGENIT grants you the right to make a single copy of the software for backup purposes.

(c) Once a trial secession is over, the software must be removed from your computer if payment is not made.

(a) You may not reverse engineer, decompose or attempt to gain access to the source code of this software.

1. Click on the download button on the software page.

2. Click Run on the screen that appears. Click Run again on the second screen that appears. Do not click Save.

3. On the screens that appear, click the Next button to install the program in its default location.

4. If you are prompted to download the Microsoft 2.0 .Net Framework, do so then, rerun the installer from download page. Read the overview on the software page about the Microsoft 2.0 .Net Framework.

5. Once downloaded, click the Buy button to pay for the software on the download screen. EMAGENIT will respond in 30 minutes Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST with the Product-ID.

6. Once the Product ID has been emailed to you, double click on the program icon on the Windows desktop to run the program and input your user name, company and the Product ID. On the first screen, you must agree with the software license to continue.
