Arranging Worksheet Data for Merge-IT

Merge-IT is capable of reading and merging data arranged in 4 basic formats on a worksheet.

1.  Row Format: Merge-IT can merge data contained in the same worksheet row as pictured below. Merge-IT can also merge data in selected non-adjacent worksheet columns merging the data in the same relative row. When merged, the data will be output in a single column format as pictured below.

2.  Column Format: Merge-IT can merge data contained in the same worksheet column as pictured below. When merged, the data will be output in a single column format as pictured below.

3.  Single Column Format: Merge-IT can quickly merge table data arranged in a single column format into the first cell of the column deleting the rest of the selected rows from the column. This concept is pictured below. This feature is great for comments spread out over several rows in a table.

4.  Multi Non-Adjacent Cell Format: Merge-IT can quickly merge data contained in non-adjacent cells on the worksheet into a single cell.
