Time Stamp for Microsoft Excel Download

1.  Click on the download button or the picture to the right.

2.  Click Run on the screen that appears. Click Run again on the second screen that appears. Do not click Save.

3.  On the screens that appear, click the Next button to install the program in its default location.

4.  If you are prompted to download the Microsoft X.X .Net Framework, do so then, then rerun the installer from this page. Read the overview on the software page about the Microsoft X.X .Net Framework.

5.  Once downloaded, the Time Stamp program will allow you to insert a time 20 times in trial mode. For program operation instructions consult program help in the menu above. When the trial period is over, the program will enter a mode that displays the Information screen where you type the Product ID. Click the Purchase button on the Information screen to pay for the software. You can also click the Buy Now button on any of the Time Stamp screens. EMAGENIT will respond within 3 hrs Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST with the Product-ID.

6.  Once the Product ID for Time Stamp has been emailed to you, just run the program again and type in the product ID on the Information screen.

7.  Help for the program can be obtained on-line by clicking the Help button in the program or by clicking the Help button to the left.

(a) EMAGENIT grants you the right to use this software on any 1 computer system at any given time. The software is in use on a computer when it is in temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (i.e. hard disk) of that computer.

(b) EMAGENIT grants you the right to make a single copy of the software for backup purposes.

(c) Once a trial secession is over, the software must be removed from your computer if payment is not made.

3.  Other Restrictions

(a) You may not reverse engineer, decompose or attempt to gain access to the source code of this software.

(b) You may not make illegal copies of this software or post it on any type of electronic bulletin board, Internet or Intranet system without the express written consent of EMAGENIT.

(c) You may not modify, adapt or make derivative works of the software.
